DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days after payments are received (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

We currently use Evri delivery service and therefore you should receive notifications of when to expect your delivery.  Please remember weekends and bank holidays are not working days.  We currently offer free postage on all orders.  This is subject to change at our discretion.  At this present time we only offer UK delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason your order does not fulfill your expectations, you may return it to us within 7 working days of receiving.  We will offer you an exchange or refund provided that the items are returned to us complete - in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging.  We cannot offer an exchange or refund if this is not the case.

For all returns, other than faults, you are required to arrange and pay for the return of the items.  Please state why you are returning them and whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange.  Please re-pack the items very carefully and send them back to (please message me for address).

Gifts from Bluebell cannot be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.  We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting when making a return.

PRODUCTS

Many hours are spent photographing products.  Sometimes you can find slight variations in finish and colour due to many items being handmade and also the lighting/photographic process.
